HSE Objects are different than food safety Objectives (14000 is different than 220, so you'll need to sets of objectives)

For Environmental, you can have things like :

  • Reduce BOD in effluent leaving the plant
  • Reduce energy consumption by 5%
  • Reduce noise pollution in the plant by adding noise reduction to equipment louder than 85 db  etc

For Food Safety Objectives you can have almost anything.  Usually these are KPIs.

  • Reduce customer complaints by 5% (or complaints related to a specific problem, for ex, shipping complaints)
  • Reduce change over times by 10 minutes
  • No positive hits on your EMP program

etc - fidn the problems your factory is having, make solving them an objective.
