There is an excellent tool on the FDA site that helps you develop your own food defense plan.  Others have said that it satisfied the BRC requirements.

Its all about how you avoid the contamination by implementing security measures, analysis ur site and then consider what hazards can contaminate the food and hence u will be able to draw an assessment of security,

Thanks. Been on a TACCP training course but just had a wobble about exactly where it was in the BRC standard as it doesnt seem to use that terminology.
