Approved Pesticides for an Organic Processing Plant?

Do you know any sites where you can find approved pesticides ingredients that could be used in an Organic Processing Plant?

We are Ecocert Certified, we're making sure if the cypermethrin (active ingredient) is allowed by Organic Certifying Body.

The answer may be obvious to those who know but is the OCB referred above in Philippines or ?

The answer may be obvious to those who know but is the OCB referred above in Philippines or ?

I know that pesticide is not really allowed in Organic Processing but this was only applied on the perimeter of the plant and our products are enclosed type. 

The OCB is from International Bodies, i'm not sure what particular country.
