Hand Swab standard limits

i wonder if there is a basic standard limits for Staph. aureus and Coliform in hand swab microbiological analysis because i tried surfing the web but could not find any...

It may depend on the context but for RTE handling workers, afaik, S.aureus (COP) is typically expected to be absent (ie not detectable).
