Review of SOPs

All the top level ones, if a new revision has not been issued in the last year, should still have some kind of review signature to show that they were reviewed and determined that no changes were necessary. E.g. management commitment and your Haccp plan may not have changed, but senior management and the Haccp team have to show evidence that they were still reviewed.

The easiest way for this IMO is to just issue new revisions every year with the revision records stating "no changes" if none were needed. Go through, prioritize your oldest and most important SOP's, and get some fresh signatures on them. It would be a minor, but they love to demonstrate that you haven't looked through anything since your last audit, it's an easy non-conformance and shows that you're implementing SQF to "pass the audit" rather than to actually review and implement the "good ideas" in there.
