VACCP and TACCP template required

We need to perform VACCP and TACCP for our dairy unit under FSSC V4.1.

Can somebody share basic one to start with.

Thks for this excel.

Just to note that the methodology "borrows" the basic tables / text from the first part of the well-known USP text on Food Fraud then allocates scores (1-5), adds to composite,  and designates demarcation criteria.

I guess the method is no more/less debatable than other proposed approaches for Vulnerability Assessment on this Forum (except perhaps that only a "1-way" matrix) but offhand it looks likely to be rather long to implement. Not that any of the other methods could be called "simple". :smile:

PS - I predict that a score of  >45 is very highly unlikely

Nicely "expanded".

Playing Devil's Advocate, a basic objection to all the straight averaging procedures as in current case is that they may dilute individual (critical?) component scores.

Some methods (particularly in supply chain evaluation texts) attempt to compensate for this possibility by weighting. Others have a trigger(s) for any individual components having extreme(-ve) scores.

But if the auditors are happy with a simplistic approach, then it's presumably good to go. :smile:

There are several other analogous FF procedures on this forum but IMO (unless auditors ignore validation) they all encounter the same difficulty - [free] databases. Except (seemingly) PWC.

Yes. Our packaging material include plastic wrapper and carton.

More accurately, yr query relates to Post 2.

And let me predict that it was intuitive (ie subjective). Just like hazard analyses.

Sorry, i forgot to thank you for Post 19. The (obvious) point was that FS Standards vary so Post 2 (much as I liked it) is not necessarily matched to FSSC22000 (in fact 6/7 of FSSC Guideline clauses look to be addressed. I found the exception, FSSC No.6, to be anyway unintelligible.).

Thank you for the information regarding VACCP and TACCP templates, very helpful. However with regards to Food Fraud what is the requirement if your company only Injection mold and Blow mold PET bottles for clients to fill with juice, water etc.. Is it a requirement to complete a Food Fraud Mitigation assessment etc.
