Dear SA WA, Good wishes on your new position.

On your daily work plans

- Refer your Job description (Majority its listed).

- Daily follow up the IFSQN topics.

- Attend the IFSQN Friday webinars.

- Follow up your local laid down food safety regulations.

- Follow up your firm customers specifications and Food safety and quality requirements.

- Take the stock of the situation in the department from predecessor.

Hope above points helps.

I have only two rules ,my breake is not more than 1 hour and i always go at home last of all.

This is going to vary quite a bit, depending on job description and facility need. Personally I've found it best not to build each day with a bunch of repeatable tasks, as many of our tasks are weekly/monthly. For instance, 2 days a month are dedicated to internal inspection and corrective action creation. 1 day is dedicated to verification of corrective action closeouts. 1 hour a week, which I make sure to not always be on the same day, is dedicated to housekeeping verification (did the sanitation guy complete tasks, fill out paperwork, and are the completed tasks for that day actually clean).

Your best bet is to take your job desc and break that down into time chunks. Take your KPI's, break that down into time chunks. Review your repeatable tasks (daily CoA creation, verifications, email responses, meetings, etc) and break that down into time chunks. Those should give you a good start, you just need to fit the time chunks into a calendar.

I've never heard of a job like this before, but it really sounds very cool and solid. I work as a real estate broker and I have not been able to find a job for over three weeks. Can you imagine this? I have excellent references and two degrees.
