Pork Slaughter - FSMA Plan for Rendering

Would anyone be willing to share a hazard analysis for a rendering process?  I am specifically looking for a Food Safety Plan for a rendering process at a pork slaughter facility.

rendering..........by which you mean what's left once the meat is removed? or do you mean the entire slaughter process?

Once the meat is removed.
