Do all clauses of ISO 22000 require a procedure?

hi,

 

i would like to know if the iso 22000 certification requires all the clause having a procedure for it. We are actually in to a agriculture background dealing with production/harvest-packing-cold storage-distribution.

 

I would be thankful if someone could help with this.
