Crisis Management, Recall and Food Defense Test

Has anyone done a combination test/scenario satisfying Crisis Management, Food Defense & Recall requirements in one exercise? If so how. Does this  still meet SQF requirements?

Not sure how someone is able to do them in one test because they are not really the same.

- Crisis Management : ex. Natural disaster: what you will do to keep your food supply safe from these disasters?

- Food Defense: ex. if anything or anyone intentionally sabotaged your food supply? steps to do to protect from intentional adulteration

- Mock recall: pick a reason why you product may be recalled, ex undeclared allergen or pathogen detection. how will you trace back and forward to make sure all affected product is accounted for.

So I wouldn't put them together.

It's conceivable, however it would be quite complex and (having been an Auditor) I'd rather not have an Auditor say - hmmm, that's something - ok, do one for me.

So, I default to three separate - which we many times do in one day.
