Is this related to RM/PM/Ingredients? If yes, regardless of the emergency, the alternate material/vendor would have to meet the basic requirements of allergens, claims, being GFSI certified, and have the main requirements on the current spec match, I would think? If this is feasible, add it as an additional statement on your current policy. I have attached a draft, just in case.
