Hi all, what is USDA regulation on microbiology for exporting ready to cook food items to US. Ours is culinary sauces, which is going to be repacked & must be thoroughly cooked before consumption. Our buyer requirement is that the product must be free of pathogens.

I couldn't find any regulations on USDA website. This is to submit to our export inspection agency (India). All help appreciated.
