I am very grateful to have the opportunity to be part of the International Food Safety and Quality Network. I believe that I will learn a lot about food safety and quality, one of the most important topics of today. By being part of this international network, I will have space to share technical and scientific knowledge inherent to food safety and quality. It should be noted that for Mozambique we still face many challenges to take this issue forward, as most of the population is still more concerned with “Food Security”. However, little by little we are pushing for "Food Safety and Quality" to be at the front line and taken seriously by each one of us.
