You have to consider the existing PRP to determine the probability. Sometimes, a hazard can be identified, but a PRP can control this and reduce the probability of ending the hazard in the final product to a significantly low level.

Your risk identification form appears to have come from a translation?
Documents in English are read from left to right and forms in English are completed left to right.

Hi, Mr. Tony, I am sorry, because in Iran we write from right to left, that's how it is. Suppose this table is designed from the left side. Is the original document for risk control according to ISO 22000 and on the decision line correct? Please help. thank you
