You can ask some quality agencies or consulting laboratories just for a gap analysis - lrqa, silliker, sgs...You have to keep in mind it's worth having their opinion even though you have to be careful with their opinion - because they will want to show you it's much more easy for you to go on with them!!

Emmanuel.
Hello Clostridium, You need to get hold of a copy of the standard. With some effort and perhaps a little help from the good people here, you may convert each requirement of ISO 22000 into a question for your gap analysis. Either that or you will need to purchase a pre-prepared gap analysis checklist. They are available on the internet. I may be wrong, but I doubt anybody will give you a gap analysis checklist for nothing. Although the generosity of the people who frequent these forums often astounds me.Dear All

I don't know if it is possible to give direct link to a commercial site - not mine - .

A sample gap analysis :

This link could be a good start for this. When ISO 9001:2000 was published at first, I had utilised their check lists .
I know this is a commercial site , free samples are still usable though.

It somewhat depends what you are looking for ?.
The above linked example is a typical example of a complete chunk of a gap analysis, the remainder is constructable similarly. It is not intended to be interpretive but only to allow you to compare yr existing setup so as to identify the “gaps”. Unfortunately, the iso 22000 standard has so many sub-codicils that the result looks like a maze.
Here is a similar but much condensed (particularly at the end

Good links indeed! Valuable and concise checklist and extensive information from IRCA document.
Only few important areas in checklist that requires somewhat more elaboration include:
Validation of Control Measures Combination
Monitoring Control – Monitoring and Measurement
Evaluation of Individual Verification Results
Analysis of Results of Verification Activities
Continual Improvement
Updating the FSMS
Moreover the link to the article was not working properly. I have searched that and pasting that link here:
