Implementation of ISO22000 in bite sizes

Dear All,

I am new to this forum and glad I found this forum.

I am tasked to lead the implementation of ISO22000 in my milk powder producing plant.

I have not work on any ISO standards before.

I am wondering if there is any project plan that I can learn from to implement this ISO22000 in smaller bit size...ie where to start, team formation, team members etc?

Its always great for me to lookout this link when I am learning about ISO 22k:

And since ISO 22k is related closely to the HACCP, I reccomend you to read this link too:

The FDA link might seems too dense, so I suggest you starts from these sections:

and the "Worksheets for Milk Plant Use" section, its very good for reference on making forms.

Good luck on your project. No one will ever say it going to be easy , but I would'nt say it wont be interesting
