Good Afternoon! am looking for a module to educate vendors on food safety that is elementary yet informative as they do not understand much on hygiene. any weblinks, info etc are much appreciated.

We are into catering and there are 2 types of vendors - one that are established that supply packed items with proper packaging material and the local guys that get the local fruits, vegetables, sea food, meat etc. that is an unorganised sector
