Commercial DVS culture in freeze dried

Hello All,

 

I am looking for Youghrt starter cultures Direct vat set freeze dried. 

 

Could someone please suggest which cultures are good for commercial purpose .We are producing 25000 lts of yoghurt/ Curd daily.

I don't have yogurt experience but I'd just contact one or several of the big culture manufacturers like Chr Hansen and ask for their advice?
