Hello,

We would like to standardize our process for opening ingredient bags for prepping our batches. Can you all share with me what your process is? Does anyone have a work instruction or SOP for this type of process that you could share?

Thank you!

We have a very simple SOP but it has worked for us.  I attached the procedure, minus the pictures.
