Dear Friends,

In clause 7.2.4.1 (ISO 22003) about requirement in education of food auditor "The certification body shall ensure that auditors have the knowledge corresponding to a post-secondary education that includes general microbiology and general chemistry..."

If auditor was not graduated in microbiology and general chemistry major, but he graduated in Environment major (Bachelor of Environment), so could he be qualified Food Auditor in ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC...? During learning in university, he also leared about microbiology and general chemistry. Specially, he have more 4 working experience year in food safety.

Please give me your ideas about this.

Thank all.

Please review his CV in attached file
