I want to refine/to install a systematic Issue Management for food safety and crisis prevention. The company is located in Germany, but delivers worldwide (more as 80 countries).
I have to separate this internally from other elements/risk related sytems installed already in our company.
I want to write a SOP to describe the system and the intersection/interface responsibilies.
e.g. sustainability is today a part of issue management (UTZ, RSPO, child labour etc.), but we have installed a sustainabilty manager for further development (process started due to monitoring in the issue management). Same for complaince - always a topic in a company and part of issue management -> compliance manager is our lawyer.
Food law, crisis management, food safety and food defense is part of my job.
Does anybody has installed a professional issue management system to detect and follow up new topics and con provide helpful information for setup? What are the elements? Can anybody provide an SOP?
