You need to do a little searching, maybe on google or here -

Just as an example, google "air quality iso standards" > page 1, link 1

Different countries have different standards. For OSHA, you must have a hearing conservation program when you have workers exposed to 85 dB on an 8 hour time weighted average ( 8 hour TWA). Then you must give training, test hearing, and give hearing protection that is appropriate for the level of noise that you have. It must reduce the exposure below the 85 dB 8 hr TWA.
For air quality, it just depends on whether or not it is combustible or otherwise hazardous, there are PELs (permitted exposure limits) which are different for each contaminant.
Also, what works in Indonesia may not work in the US. If you are interested in standards that are reasonable and based on science and are proven to be protective, use the OSHA standards or perhaps look at Canada or Europe. You can justify using them with regulators if you don't know your standards, but sometimes management will not want to spend the money to make the changes.
Good luck, and thanks for wanting to keep your workers safe. This is a time to think of worker safety because every year April 28 is a day that is dedicated to keeping workers more safe all over the world. In the US, it is Workers Memorial Day, to remember those who died on the job in the past year. Martha

Most of the countries establish their own environmental standards and many also use the parameters set by WHO (World Health Organization) as standards. For example drinking water quality standards has been published by WHO and they have also guidelines for Air quality also.
ISO 14001 standard is an environmental management standard which just provides the requirements for establishing a good management system.
