thank you for your interest.

when I was hired in the quality departement (1 year ago) there was a risk assesment where identified the microbiological, chemical and physical risks at each stage of production (we are converters of flexible packaging for food). More specifically:

1.Recieving raw materials 

2.Storage raw materials

3.Printing

4.Laminating

5.Roll cutting

6.Bag making

7.Storage of final product

8.Distribution

I have added the risk of allergens in each stage. Till now the auditors are happy but I think that based on standards requirements (BRC/IoP Issue 5, ISO 9001:2015) this approach is generalized and we should make risk assessement for suppliers approval, for internal audits and I don't know for what else!!!

 

Am I have right??? I have confused!!! And if I have right for what else should I make risk assessement ??
