Hi all,

What exactly is a letter of commitment ? We are working towards BRC standard.

Is one even needed ? We have one in our HACCP, which just says we have a haccp in place.

Does anyone have an example I can use for reference . I work for a organic cold press facility.

Hi Juicer,

A "letter of commitment" can mean a variety of things, 171 Million in google.

The terminology appears to have no specific relevance to BRC7 Food Standard Code although "commitment" certainly does, eg Clause 1.1

Kind Regards,
