IFSQN.com Terms & Conditions of Trade

IFSQN.com is a trading name of SaferPak Limited. All orders for goods and services made by you and accepted by the IFSQN.com ("website") are subject exclusively and strictly to these Terms and Conditions of Trade.

1. Ordering

1.1 All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

1.2 If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock we will contact you by email and you will have the option to:

• wait until the goods are available from stock; or
• cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy

2. Description of Goods & Prices

2.1 After we receive your order, we will confirm by email the details, description and price for the items you have chosen. If these differ from the details, description and/or price shown on the website and you wish to cancel your order you may do so in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

2.2 All details, descriptions and prices for the goods and services appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure that they are not faulty.

2.3. We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website at our discretion.

2.4. The information contained in our downloadable systems is the intellectual property of IFSQN, and may not be used by any other company or individual in a form, which may be sold or used for commercial gain without our explicit permission.

2.5 Our systems are sold on a single site licence basis, all purchasers are required on request to disclose details, including company name and address, of the site where the licence is applicable.

3. Right to Withdraw Items

3.1 We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the website at any time.

3.2 We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order.

4. Payment & Security

4.1 All pages in out store are secured by SSL operated by COMODO which assures sensitive information is encrypted and remains private.

4.2 All website prices are listed in USD $. If you pay by credit/debit card the value of the transaction will be converted to your home currency by your bank at the prevailing exchange rate.

4.3 The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and/or services plus, delivery charges and VAT (where applicable) and will be confirmed during the order process.

4.4 During checkout you will be presented with two payment options:

Paypal
If you choose to pay by Paypal you will be forwarded to the www.paypal.com website where you can pay using your Paypal Account or with most major credit/debit cards.

Stripe
If you choose to pay by Sripe you will be taken to an SSL secure payment form to enter you card details. All pages in out store are secured by SSL operated by COMODO which assures sensitive information is encrypted and remains private. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted.

4.5 Payment will be debited from your account upon dispatch of the goods to you and/or fulfillment of services.

4.6 You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.

4.7 We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.

5. Tax Charges (VAT)

5.1 Customers within the EU will be charged VAT (at 20%). Customers who are outside the EU will not be charged VAT by us.

5.2 We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination. Our VAT number is 827221935.

6. Delivery & Risk

6.1 We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available using First Class Royal Mail in the UK and Airmail or Express Carrier outside of the UK .

6.2 Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered in "YOUR ACCOUNT". We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to change your delivery address and an order is "IN PROGRESS" you must contact the Customer Services team at team@ifsqn.com

6.3 Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the Cancellation & Returns Policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permissible under law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind (whether express or implied) in relation to goods and/or services purchased by you through the website.

7.2 Our liability in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be limited in aggregate to all sums paid by you to us.

7.3 In any event, we shall not be liable to you under, or in connection with these Terms & Conditions of Trade in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent representations) or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings) or for any special or indirect losses whatsoever.

8. Cancellation & Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with the following Cancellation & Returns Policy:

8.1 If you wish to exercise your 'Right To Cancel' please inform our Customer Services team in writing of your intention to make a return within 30 days of receipt of the goods (email is acceptable, please include 'Right To Cancel' in the subject line). Then use the following procedure:

• You should arrange for the goods to be returned to us in their original condition and unopened packaging.

• For Electronic Software such as CD-ROM and DVD - The "Right To Cancel" is terminated if the original packaging has been opened.

• We will refund all monies paid by you for the goods (including delivery costs), except for the return postal charges, within 30 days of your cancellation.

8.2 If you receive faulty products please inform our Customer Services team in writing of your intention to make a return within 7 days of receipt of the goods (email is acceptable, please include 'Faulty Return' in the subject line). Then use the following procedure:

• You should arrange for the goods to be returned to us
• Please package all returned items carefully

8.3 We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit.

8.4 If the goods returned are found by us to be faulty, we will refund all monies paid by you for the goods (including delivery costs) together with any return postal charges you may have incurred (subject to these being reasonable).

8.5 We will not automatically accept any returns after 30 days. Please contact our customer services team to discuss further.

9. Cancellation & Refunds (Downloadable Products)

Should you wish to cancel and request a refund on a downloadable product, you may only do so in accordance with the following policy:

9.1 We would request that in the first place you write to us and tell us why you are not happy. This will give us the opportunity to solve the situation by offering you an alternative product, service or additional support to meet your expectations where applicable.

9.2 Should you still consider our product to be unsatisfactory then we will issue a refund (minus our administration costs) on the understanding that you will no longer use any part whatsoever of our product or package or plagiarize any part of our product or package.

9.3 Because you are buying a downloaded product we have no way of knowing that you are returning the goods without using them. We will at all times endeavour to be open, honest and fair and we expect the same in return. Should we find, subsequent to a refund, that any part of our products or package has been used or plagiarized then we will take action to recover the full cost of the product or package plus our legal costs.

9.4 For assured packages the level of refund will take into consideration the level of support you have received prior to requesting a refund, in this case our decision on the level of refund will be final.

9.5 In order to protect ourselves from internet fraud IFSQN, may at our sole discretion, decide that a customer is acting in a fraudulent or unethical way (with "any fraudulent or unethical way" to be defined, determined, and decided at our sole discretion), then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

10. Changes to these Terms & Conditions of Trade

IFSQN.com reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep updated on these changes.

11. Severance

Each provision of these Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

12. Law

These Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England & Wales .
