Supplier Evaluation & Auditing in the Modern Supply Chain is a practical 4-hour online training webinar designed for quality, food safety, and procurement professionals who need to evaluate and audit suppliers effectively in today’s rapidly changing global supply chain.
The training focuses on moving beyond traditional “tick-box” audits to build a risk-based, digitally enabled supplier management system aligned with GFSI, ISO 22000, ISO 9001:2026, Codex, and global regulatory requirements.
In the first part of the training, participants will gain a clear understanding of modern supplier evaluation fundamentals, including global requirements, supply chain mapping (tier-1, tier-2, and critical suppliers), and why resilience, traceability, ESG, and fraud prevention are now central to supplier management.

The final section focuses on conducting effective onsite and remote audits, documenting findings, managing corrective actions, integrating supplier KPIs into dashboards, and using trend analysis for continuous improvement and early warning signals.
