Checklist for Issue 5 Food Safety. Liberty has been taking with the wording of some of the clauses to make them YES/NO friendly and for brevity. The intent of the clause still remains, however. The "Compliance" column will change cell color based upon your input to give a quick visual representation of your compliance. Utilize with the Standard and the Implementation guide for best benefit. I assume this could be used for internal audit documentation as well. Feel free to modify to suit your needs.
