Are you saying do not use the same board for chopping raw and cooked foods? I like different coloured boards.
We are taught by our experts that use of dedicated equipment/tools is the best practice but same equipment/tools can be used for raw / cooked food processing subjected to fully-implemented well-monitored and validated cleaning and sanitation activities.
