get a consultant in for a day or two and steer you in the right direction for food packinging manufacturers. Might save you a lot of work!

Hi John, no we're aiming for Fall to get audited, so no cert yet. If your co. is a packaging mfr. you should have it pretty easy, or so said the trainers at the SQF training put on by Silliker. As a contract mfr I'd think that you'd be audited by your customers, so I'd concentrate on traceability, HACCP, supplier approval program, regulatory, finished product specs, ect. If you ...
