I will search in my pile of work - may be a sample is there somewhere. but i am not committing to make it available.

BTW, I can explain somewhat what that examination would look like.

One portion contains objective type questions with multiple choices. Obviously you have to select one correct answer.

Another important portion will ask you to make an audit checklist based on PDCA and Process Approach. You have to give references to particular clauses of the standard while making your checkpoints.

The most fearful portion is case study in which you have to assess the situation for conformance or non conformance and write the finding along with reference to the particular clause number of the standard.

The exam is usually open-book but you have a better prior understanding of the whole standard, basic skeleton and theme of the standard to quickly reach and refer the exact part of the standard during examination. You have no time for blind search.
