As we konw,it's very useful tool for quality and project field,but i confuse how to download this good information,when i enter into next ，It's always remind me who have no authority to download,do favor for me,thank you!

Dear ximon,

Step1. You must log-in before you start to download the file.

Step2. Click the text "Click here to download this file".
Step3. Click the green "Download" tab.
Step4. Click either of the green "Download" tabs shown.

Step 5. You should now get a pop-up box appear, so that you can save (or open) the file on your own PC.

Step6. Repeat steps 4,5 for the second green "Download" tab to get the second file which is offered.

Hope the above works for you. My guess is that you forgot Step1. Please revert if any problem.
