I need to write procedure for transportation of products according to clause 4.15.6 (vs.6).
Does anyone have a sample for such procedure?

First of all it will depend on whether you have your own vehicles or use a contractor for transport and what sort of items are transported i.e. refrigerated or not, open or sealed containers etc.
