Metal Detectors and X-Ray Equipment, facility is not applicable. How do I mention FSMS Manual?

On an industrial scale? I'd find it hard to justify not having it to be honest. I used to work in the sandwich industry and we had metal detectors on every line.

I produce a sandwich for 10 years and I do not have the metal detector. Metal contamination was detected in 10 years.

Do you mean no-one has complained about metal in 10 years? People don't often complain so I don't think you can rely on that.

Do you use metal slicers e.g. for cheese? Do you use knives? If you did purchase metal detectors how many would you need for each line?

IMO the metal detection "risk assessment" argument in version 6 is along the lines of if you work in a company making powders and sieve everything then *possibly* you don't need a metal detector or x-ray but in other industries I suspect the presumption would be that you would.

Why don't you want one? Cost? You can get second hand ones for £5000 ish.
