We do have major pre-requisite programs (Premises, Transportation and storage, equipment, Personnel, Sanitation & Pest control, Allergens and recall and SSOP). So, will we have to assess the risk which is being appeared in each bullet for the BRC V6. Pls comment on this...

You already have " have major pre-requisite programs " which bullet of them did you mean to start its risk assessment; what exactly you want to start discussion?

Hi,
Sorry guys for the inadequate explanation. What I really want to do is risk assessment on GMP and SSOP programs. GMP program has more than 50 sub units. For instance, under pre-requisite programs, A- Premises and A.1.1.1- Outside property inspection.
So I need to clarify that, do I need to do the risk assessment for all the pre-requisite programs to fulfill the requirement of BRC V6.
