Hi All

Can anyone shed any light on what the M&S Balanced Score card is and how can the technical team help to improve the score. We do not currently supply M&S but are just starting to talk to them and this question has been added to the agenda for discussion.

Can anybody forward a blank template just so I can see what the key measurements are?

Where do I start? I've trawled through the internet and can see it is linked to the Plan A but is it a technical document?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not sure if it changed but the attached is an example scorecard that I was involved with last year.

Easy to complete ( as far as I remember) - mainly 'evidence' for the score is the hardest part to complete.
