Good idea to diversify your customer base so you don't rely on one major contract. What about not putting all your eggs into one basket. Hope the company finds new deals. Good luck Avana.

definitely management's fault. It's the "nothing bad is going to happen" mentality. Lost one contract and you lose 85% of your business? They should have known that was a really bad strategy.
