Now i stay in Thailand.I want to know law of Beverage in USA if i sent product to sell.

What does the law need to know about food safety

And I have to have some standards it supports.

I think we would need to know a bit more about your beverage. Is it dairy, fruit, seafood? Beverage is a very big topic.

In addition to Setanta's advice, I would ask if you have a U.S. customs broker for the sale? A broker can help immensely with legal navigation!

Labeling requirements and FDA registration are the most stringent aspects to consider. Others would be ingredients and GRAS, allergens, kosher/halal, etc.

Thank you Setanta and Slab for your answer.first i will contact my customs broker and check some link of you.My product is fruit juice (Tamarine) local fruit of Thailand.
