I am doing my masters project in a feed manufacturing company  : Achieving Customer Specifications through Process Improvement Using Six Sigma.

Has anyone done such a project? I need help from you.

It sounds like a good project. You'll be able to use your statistical skills! My favorite book for process control is "Statistical Quality Control for the Food Industry" by Merton R. Hubbard. Good luck!
