Yr query has a rather wide scope.
I suggest to do a little Forum searching for yr specific application.

Hi Charles,
Good Day!
Our two companies that is planning to be certified with BRC/IoP
1. GPC - manufactures sanitary cans intended for canned tuna; they also do cutting and coating of tin plates intended for another customer that is producing juices and fruit cocktails
2. APPSC - manufactures corrugated cartons (for canned tuna), paper labels (for canned tuna), cake boxes, fries boxes and in the future plastic laminates or pouches for food
Hope you can or somebody can assist us on this one (for this is our first time)
Thanks,
Chastine

Hi Merry Chastine,
I assume yr requested assistance is same as Post 1 -
Can somebody share some templates on how to work on the hazard and risk management
Maybe this web-site discussed here a few times -
https://www.iopp.org...cfm?pageID=2267
This thread seems to be overlapping yr parallel thread -
Kind Regards,
