I would like to introduce myself. I am the Quality Assurance Manager for National Food Corporation. I have been with the food industry about 30 years (Not in Quality Assurance). Hoping to obtain a lot of useful information from this forum and I already have, so I would like to thank all that helped me so far.
So far this seems like a very useful place with a lot of knowledgeable people!
