Hi, I am Melissa. I am a Food Safety Program Manager for a large food distribution company. We have been BRC certificated in Distribution for 3 years. I was previously a Food Safety and HACCP Manager at food manufacturing facility that produced RTE and raw meat products, bakery products, sauces and ready meals. I worked there for 9.5 years. We were BRC certificated in food for the last 4 years I was there.
I have a desire to learn as much about food safety across different aspects of the food industry and believe in the importance of developing and maintaining a food safety culture.
