my name is Paolo and am a food scientist with working experience in technical and development roles. I'd like to know if anyone had experience in drafting a first 90 days action plan for an interview for technical manger. I have some ideas and will try to find the right section to further discuss my questions.

Not too sure what a "first 90 days action plan" is but hopefully will soon know. Is this an ISO terminology ?
