Hello,
We had encounter worms and snails from past customer complaint review.
We select, wash and sanitize the leafy vegetables prior to cooking.
The senior management request for 0 bugs this year. How can we prevent this?

Be more selective about the vendors you get these produce items from (track the # of critters found against the supplier)
I think zero bugs is a more than reasonable expectation! Clearly the staff need more training on how to prepare these items for service to ensure they are creepy crawly free
this is how to control slugs in the garden
Please stop referring to me as Sir/sirs

Do you have suppliers (and a Supplier Control Plan) or are you growing the vegetables yourselves?
In any case, slugs and snails are strongly repelled by copper. Many home gardeners use copper flashing as a control.

Dear Hank,
Vegetables are from suppliers and from where I come from, it is difficult to request from supplier to be 0 bugs/worms/snail.

You can tell your vendor about that, not only they are ruining your relationship with them.
