Hi everyone. I am the HACCP In-charge/Food Safety Officer (for doing the HACCP plans and certification) of one of the fish processing companies in the Philippines. I joined this site to gain more knowledge and/or share what i have learned. The company I worked for is processing various kinds of fish, mostly frozen, and export them to to Japan, Taiwan, US, etc. I am glad that I joined here.
