You can download scheme documents from https://www.fssc2200...heme-documents/

 

Look for the document called Annex 2 | CB Audit report template (FSSC 22000). It is a high level checklist so I would suggest fleshing it out with more specific requirements from the applicable Standards. It is a good starting point.
