Gap Aanlysis Table BRC V's AIB Standards?

I oversee two facilities. My primary is BRC the secondary is AIB.

Is anyone aware of if there is a correlation table which tells me which BRC standard is related to an AIB standard and/or where the gaps lie.

You're probably not going to find anything. When we were in the process of switching from AIB to SQF - I couldn't find anything.

Yes, AIB and BRC have some distinctive differences, eg  AIB are not required to comply with either GFSI or UK due diligence requirements unlike BRC.
