Hello.
I would like to know how you have addressed the requirement to manage change in your organisations. I know there is no requirement for documentation but if there is anyone who has had something documented, e.g. an SOP or policy on how to manage change may you please assist.

Hi,
Curious, which certification is 6.3 a part of?
I could be wrong, it has been a few years now since I have used BRC but I thought Change management was a requirement for BRC.
In other places I have worked, we used Change management SOP for changes, to anything from facility changes, to documentations that may have an impact to product quality, safety, identity or security
and planned deviations if we were to deviate from a process we knew in advance with written approval from customers

This is the protocol to follow when anything in the implemented management system changes.
