Hi firends,

We are a small packaging company and are currently implementing BRC issue 5. I know issue 6 is at the corner but senior management has been pushing.

All is written but I am stuck at Section 5: PRODUCT AND PROCESS CONTROL. Could you help me with procedure templates for this sections.

If you care to share or direct me, I would really appreciate.

Thank you

Dugaucher

Hi, SFC, I don't have a lot of experience auditing packaging sites, perhaps you can give more detail on an example clause you need help with?

Thks GMO

5.2.1
The site shall have a documented artwork management procedure covering the activities for which the
site has responsibility. This may include, but is not limited to:
• collation of information to be included into artwork
• receipt of artwork files from the customer
• verification of completed artwork and approval by the customer.

So I'd write a procedure, name it, have who is responsible for ensuring compliance at the top, a scope, e.g. "To ensure artwork is produced to the customer requirements and is compliant with applicable legislation."  Then I'd break it down section by section on what you do (or should do) to ensure compliance.
