Hi, I'm QM for a stuffing and coated products factory based in NI.

I need some help developing an accidental allergen spillage form for the factory before our BRC audit.

Can anyone help or give some tips on layout etc?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Laura,

Did you mean a procedure ?

The basic requirement is to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.

The speciifics likely depend on yr product(s) flowchart/environment.
