Hi everyone,

Can someone share their risk-based EMP so that I have a general idea how it should look like? We are Canadian RTE meat manufacturer and we always follow CFIA guidelines to conduct our FCS and Non-FCS testing. However, during the last SQF audit, our audit didn't agree with what we have in place, considering complying with CFIA just minimum requirements and not sufficient to comply with risk-based EMP (SQF guidelines 2.4.8.1). Really looking forward to more input about this, we have been doing for so many years and it's first time an Auditor pointed out not sufficient, and I have little idea how to proceed.

Your help & support would be greatly appreciated.
